“Company” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Arobh Ele and its affiliates.

Arobh Ele is a registered travel company, dedicated to designing seamless, safe, and unforgettable journeys for travellers.

We specialise in creating fully managed travel packages for the destinations featured on our website—covering stays, meals, transport arrangements at the destination, guided tours, trekking experiences, and all essential inclusions needed for a smooth trip. Please note that we don't book Air and train tickets.

As your all-in-one travel partner, we bring together a strong network of licensed, verified, and experienced service providers to ensure every traveller receives premium-quality services. We focus on comfort, safety, and the joy of real exploration.

2. Our Business Process

  1. 1. Understanding Your Needs: We begin by learning your travel goals, budget, fitness level and preferred experiences.
  2. 2. Customized Itinerary Planning: Based on your inputs, we design a tailored travel or trekking plan with recommended routes, stays and activities.
  3. 3. Partner Coordination: We work with our verified third-party providers for local transport, accommodation, guides, to ensure smooth execution.
  4. 4. Transparent Communication: All inclusions, exclusions, costs, and safety guidelines are shared clearly before final booking.
  5. 5. On-Trip Support: We stay connected throughout your journey and coordinate with partners in case of any changes, weather issues, or support needs.
  6. 6. Post-Trip Assistance: We assist with feedback, issue resolution, and future planning.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to browse, interact, or transact on our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

4. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Indian law.

Individuals under 18 may engage with our services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility.

5. Scope of Services

Arobh Ele provides a wide range of services, including:

  • Domestic travel experiences
  • Backpacker and student tour packages
  • Group and customized itineraries
  • Spiritual, honeymoon, treks and educational tours.
  • Event-based travel (festivals, cultural trips)
  • Accommodation and transport coordination

6. Booking Policies

a. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or minimum prescribed advance payment. A confirmation email or message is sent post-verification.

b. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

All itineraries will clearly list included items (e.g., transfers, accommodations) and excluded items (e.g., personal expenses, travel insurance, medical tests, visas). Any misunderstanding shall not be grounds for refunds or disputes.

c. Customizations

Modifications to itinerary or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No customizations will be guaranteed during the trip. Also, company shall hold the complete right whether to proceed with customizations during trip OR not.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

a. By the Customer

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at least 15 days prior to travel.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the package's cancellation policy.
  • Processing fees, non-refundable components (e.g., permits, hotel bookings), and service charges will be deducted.
  • No refund will be issued for "no-shows" or last-minute cancellations.

b. By Arobh Ele

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Operational constraints
  • Government orders or travel bans
  • Low participation in group departures

In such cases, you will be offered:

  • An alternative tour date/destination
  • Travel credit valid for 6 months
  • Any amount of refund, depends upon the components we have booked

8. Traveler Responsibilities

By booking with Arobh Ele, you agree to:

  • Carry valid government ID
  • Provide two emergency contact numbers from your family
  • Comply with health, safety, and entry requirements of the destination
  • Act respectfully and lawfully during the trip
  • Follow the instructions of tour leaders or local guides
  • Declare any medical conditions that may affect your participation

We reserve the right to deny services or remove travelers violating these responsibilities without refund.

9. Conduct & Disciplinary Action

The following behaviors will result in immediate termination of participation, with no refunds and possible legal consequences:

  • Physical/verbal abuse, harassment, or intoxication
  • Vandalism, theft, or disruption of public order
  • Disrespect to local culture, laws, or fellow travelers
  • Engaging in illegal activities during the trip

10. Force Majeure

Arobh Ele shall not be held liable for failure or delay in services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities
  • Riots, strikes, war, civil unrest
  • Epidemics, pandemics
  • Transportation delays or failures
  • Government regulations or restrictions

Note: No compensation, refund, or liability shall arise from force majeure conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arobh Ele shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, property, income, or business opportunities
  • Medical issues, injuries, or death resulting from travel activities
  • Missed flights, trains, or events due to delays or user negligence

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

12. Privacy & Data Security

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Booking and itinerary management
  • Customer support and communication
  • Internal analytics and service improvement

We do not sell or share data with third parties without your consent.

13. Payment Terms

  • We accept UPI and net banking
  • EMI or part-payment options (if applicable) must be cleared before the travel date
  • Late payments or failed transactions may result in automatic cancellation without notice

Arobh Ele reserves the right to apply interest or penalties for payment delays.

14. Reviews, Testimonials & User Content

By submitting reviews, testimonials, images, or feedback:

  • You grant Arobh Ele the right to use them for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes
  • You affirm the content is original, non-infringing, and truthful

We may edit or remove content that is offensive or misleading

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.

Users are encouraged to resolve grievances by contacting us before initiating legal proceedings.

16. Service Availability & Interruptions

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our website, mobile platform, and customer support, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors like server maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues.

We will not be liable for:

  • Website downtime or booking system errors
  • Email delivery issues due to client-side spam filters or firewalls
  • Booking failures caused by payment gateway interruptions
  • Users are advised to retain booking confirmations and screenshots as proof of transactions during such outages.

17. Communication Policy

All official communication from Arobh Ele will be conducted via:

Email: using official domains like info@arobhele.com

WhatsApp or SMS: for travel reminders or emergency notifications

Phone calls: only through verified Arobh Ele contact numbers

We never request sensitive personal data (e.g. bank PIN, OTPs) via calls or messages. Beware of fraudulent actors posing as our staff. Report any suspicious communication to info@arobhele.com immediately.

18. Account Creation & Security

Users may be required to create an account for certain services. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or breach

You are fully responsible for any activity conducted under your account.

19. Promotions, Discounts & Offers

All promotional codes, coupons, cashback offers, or seasonal discounts:

  • Are subject to specific terms and expiry dates
  • May not be combined with other offers unless explicitly allowed
  • Are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
  • May be withdrawn at any time without prior notice

Arobh Ele reserves the right to cancel or disqualify users misusing promo offers.

20. Digital Content & Media Usage

By participating in our tours, you grant Arobh Ele the right to capture, use, and publish photos, videos, or testimonials for:

  • Marketing campaigns
  • Social media content
  • Promotional videos or brochures

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must inform our team in writing before the start of the trip.

21. Event Participation Terms

For users participating in workshops, volunteer programs, internships, or special interest events:

  • Event-specific rules, conduct codes, and certifications (if any) apply
  • Attendance, punctuality, and decorum are mandatory

Arobh Ele reserves the right to cancel your participation in the event for violations without refund

22.Group Travel & Responsibility Waiver

Group travel experiences are conducted under the shared responsibility model. By joining, you agree that:

  • The itinerary may change due to unforeseen factors (weather, roadblocks)
  • Personal behavior must support the group’s safety and comfort
  • Delays or incidents caused by individual negligence will not be compensated by Arobh Ele

Group decisions may be taken democratically, but final decisions rest with the trip captain or authorized leaders of the company.

23. Emergency Situations

In the event of a medical emergency, natural disaster, or legal complication:

  • Arobh Ele will provide reasonable assistance within our capability
  • All emergency expenses (hospitalization, evacuation, legal aid) will be borne by the user

We do not take responsibility for delays or losses caused during evacuation, hospitalization, or missed onward journeys.

24. Waiver of Claims & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arobh Ele, its employees, directors, and partners from and against:

  • Any and all claims, losses, liabilities, legal costs, or third-party actions
  • Arising out of your breach of terms, misuse of services, or violation of any law

This clause survives the termination of services or completion of your travel.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy, Booking Terms, and any written agreement, represent the complete agreement between the user and Arobh Ele and supersede any prior understandings or representations.

27. Amendments to These Terms

Arobh Ele reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our platform or services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
