1. Tour Package Payment Policy

(Applies to National Tours, Honeymoon Escapes, and Spiritual Journeys)

  • To confirm your travel package, a 40% advance payment of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining 60% balance must be paid at least 1 day before the trip begins.
  • This helps us secure your bookings for accommodations, transfers, and other inclusions on time.

2. Trekking Payment Policy

For all treks organized by Arobh Ele:

  • A ₹2,000 advance per person is required to reserve your slot.
  • The remaining amount should be cleared 1 day before the trek date.
  • This allows us to finalize logistics, permits, guides, and safety arrangements in advance.

3. Adventure Activity Payment Policy

  • Adventure activities (such as river rafting, scuba diving, paragliding, etc.) require 100% advance payment at the time of booking.
  • These services are dependent on weather and third-party vendors, and full payment confirms your time slot and safety gear reservations.

4. Jungle Safari Payment Policy

  • We aim to provide the best experience for all our guests. However, due to the dynamic nature of outdoor activities, cancellations may occasionally occur. Please read our policy carefully before booking.
  • This includes jeep safaris, canters, or exclusive zone safaris. As these are subject to forest authority regulations, early payment is essential for securing permits.

5. Transport-Specific Payment Terms

We also offer ticketing assistance for flights, trains, and buses as part of our travel services. Please find payment terms for these below:

  • For all air travel, 100% of the airfare must be paid when tickets are issued.
  • Flight fares fluctuate frequently, and bookings are confirmed only after the full amount is received.
  • If your trip includes travel by train, the full ticket cost must be paid during booking.
  • This helps us reserve your seats promptly under the appropriate quota and class.
  • Bus tickets, whether for private or government-operated services, must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • This includes AC coaches, sleepers, semi sleepers and group travel buses.

6. Additional Payment Terms

To keep things simple and clear, please also take note of the following:

  • Some activities, permits, or entry passes included in your package may be non-refundable as per third-party terms.
  • The cost of such services must be paid in full upfront, and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once confirmed.
  • Our payment policy is designed to ensure timely coordination for all travelers. No exceptions or delays are entertained.
  • We request all clients to comply with the timelines to avoid last-minute issues.
  • In cases of peak seasons, public holidays, special events, or high-demand destinations, the payment schedule may vary.
