1. Trek Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and unexpected situations may arise. At Arobh Ele, we strive to offer flexible options for cancellations and modifications. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

If the trek is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks, landslides, natural disasters, or any other unavoidable situation:

  • You will receive a trek voucher 50% of the booking amount.
  • The voucher can be used to book the same or any other trek within 6 months from the date of issue.
  • This voucher is transferable and can be used by a friend or family member referred by you.

If you choose to cancel your booking, the following policy will apply based on how early you notify us:

(a) More than 30 Days Before the Trek Start Date

100% refund of the booking amount will be processed.

(b) Between 15 to 30 Days Before the Trek Start Date

You will receive a trek voucher 50% of the booking amount. The voucher will be valid for any future trek for 6 months.

(c) Within 15 Days of the Trek Start Date

No refund or voucher will be provided.

2. National Tours & Honeymoon Escapes Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at Arobh Ele understand that sometimes plans change due to unavoidable reasons. That’s why we have a clear, flexible cancellation and seat transfer policy for your convenience.

If we have to cancel your tour due to unavoidable reasons like roadblocks, landslides, natural calamities, or any other unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a tour voucher.
  • The voucher amount will depend on the services and components already booked.
  • You can redeem this voucher for the same or any other tour within 6 months.
  • The voucher is transferable – it can be used by a friend or relative referred by you.

If you cancel your tour, the refund will depend on the number of days left before the tour starts:

(a) More than 20 Days Before Tour Start Date

You will receive 10% of your booking amount as a refund.

(b) Within 0 to 20 Days Before Tour Start Date

No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Spiritual Tours Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Arobh Ele, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why we offer a transparent and flexible cancellation and seat transfer policy to make your experience stress-free.

If we have to cancel your tour due to unavoidable reasons like roadblocks, landslides, natural calamities, or any other unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a tour voucher.
  • The voucher amount will depend on the services and components already booked.
  • You can redeem this voucher for the same or any other tour within 6 months.
  • The voucher is transferable – it can be used by a friend or relative referred by you.

If you cancel your tour, the refund will depend on the number of days left before the tour starts:

(a) More than 42 Days Before Tour Start Date

You will receive 10% of your booking amount as a refund.

(b) Within 0 to 42 Days Before Tour Start Date

No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Important Notes

  • All cancellations and seat transfers must be informed via email or phone.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Tour/trek vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for any available trip.
  • The issued voucher can be redeemed only for tours or treks priced at ₹5,000 or above.

4. Refund Process

Once a cancellation or refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 2 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a maximum of 7 working days (Please note that the exact time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

5. Seat Transfer Policy (Transferring Your Booking to Someone Else)

We allow seat transfers under certain conditions:

You can transfer your booking to a friend or family member at any time before the tour/trek. The new participant must complete all required formalities before the tour/trek begins.
