If the trek is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks, landslides, natural disasters, or any other unavoidable situation:
If you choose to cancel your booking, the following policy will apply based on how early you notify us:
(a) More than 30 Days Before the Trek Start Date
100% refund of the booking amount will be processed.
(b) Between 15 to 30 Days Before the Trek Start Date
You will receive a trek voucher 50% of the booking amount. The voucher will be valid for any future trek for 6 months.
(c) Within 15 Days of the Trek Start Date
No refund or voucher will be provided.

If we have to cancel your tour due to unavoidable reasons like roadblocks, landslides, natural calamities, or any other unforeseen circumstances:
If you cancel your tour, the refund will depend on the number of days left before the tour starts:
(a) More than 20 Days Before Tour Start Date
You will receive 10% of your booking amount as a refund.
(b) Within 0 to 20 Days Before Tour Start Date
No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

(a) More than 42 Days Before Tour Start Date
You will receive 10% of your booking amount as a refund.
(b) Within 0 to 42 Days Before Tour Start Date
No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Important Notes
Once a cancellation or refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 2 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a maximum of 7 working days (Please note that the exact time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
We allow seat transfers under certain conditions:
You can transfer your booking to a friend or family member at any time before the tour/trek. The new participant must complete all required formalities before the tour/trek begins.
