If the trek is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks, landslides, natural disasters, or any other unavoidable situation:
If you choose to cancel your booking, the following policy will apply based on how early you notify us:
(a) More than 30 Days Before the Trek Start Date
100% refund of the booking amount will be processed.
(b) Between 15 to 30 Days Before the Trek Start Date
You will receive a trek voucher 50% of the booking amount. The voucher will be valid for any future trek for 6 months.
(c) Within 15 Days of the Trek Start Date
No refund or voucher will be provided.

If we have to cancel your tour due to unavoidable reasons like roadblocks, landslides, natural calamities, or any other unforeseen circumstances:
If you cancel your tour, the refund will depend on the number of days left before the tour starts:
(a) More than 20 Days Before Tour Start Date
You will receive 10% of your booking amount as a refund.
(b) Within 0 to 20 Days Before Tour Start Date
No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

You will receive 10% of your booking amount as a refund.
(b) Within 0 to 30 Days Before Tour Start Date
No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

If the adventure activity is cancelled due to operational issues, weather conditions, safety concerns, or any unforeseen reason by Arobh Ele or its partnered third-party vendors:
If the guest chooses to cancel the activity for any reason:
Jungle safaris are managed in collaboration with government forest departments and are subject to strict regulations. We request all guests to review the cancellation policy carefully before booking, as per government norms.
In rare cases, the forest department may cancel safaris due to weather conditions, wildlife safety, VIP movement, or operational issues.
(a) If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the safari date
50% of the total amount will be refunded (excluding permit charges).
Safaris may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled without prior notice by the authorities in the interest of wildlife and visitor safety.
We allow seat transfers under certain conditions:
(a) Transfer to a Friend or Relative
You can transfer your booking to a friend or family member at any time before the tour/trek. The new participant must complete all required formalities before the tour/trek begins.
(b) Public Transport Bookings Are Non-transferable
If any public transport (like bus or train) has already been booked in your name, it cannot be transferred. In such cases, the new participant must book separate transportation.
