What Youโll Learn in Our 6-Month Tourism Internship
Our internship program is designed to give you real-world skills and hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry. Over 6 months, youโll explore every part of how tours and treks are planned, managed, and delivered.
Our internship program is a paid opportunity designed to give you professional training and real-world experience in the tourism industry. The total program cost is 15,000 INR for 6 months, covering mentorship, project work, and ongoing support.
After the first 3 months of training, Arobh Ele may conduct internal interviews based on company needs.
Please note: These interviews are not guaranteed and will only be held if roles are available.
If selected, the intern will receive a stipend of 6,000 (total) from Month 3 to Month 6.
During this period, interns will work on live projects while continuing their training.
We believe in recognizing your efforts with the right documentation. Interns will receive the following:
(issued before internship begins)
(on successful completion)
(based on performance)
(if required by your college)
(from Arobh Ele or your institution)
Our internship program is fully offline and will be conducted from Arobh Eleโs Head Office in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.
Please note that we no longer offer online or remote internships. This decision was made after the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure hands-on learning, real-time mentorship, and active participation in live tourism operations.
If you're ready for a real-world travel experience in the mountains, this is the place to start!
Arobh Ele maintains a professional and respectful learning environment. Interns may face termination if they violate any of the following:
Note: If any of the above rules are broken, Arobh Ele reserves the right to end the internship immediately.
