What Youโ€™ll Learn in Our 6-Month Tourism Internship

Our internship program is designed to give you real-world skills and hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry. Over 6 months, youโ€™ll explore every part of how tours and treks are planned, managed, and delivered.

  • Learn how the tourism world worksโ€”from travel agencies to adventure tours.
  • Understand different types of tourism like cultural, eco, and leisure travel.
  • Create travel packages with day-wise plans, routes, and costing.
  • Learn how to choose the right destinations and manage logistics.
  • Get training on how to organize safe and exciting treks.
  • Learn risk management, group handling, and basic outdoor safety.
  • Talk to customers with confidence and help them pick the right tour.
  • Learn how to respond to feedback and solve problems on the go.
  • Understand how to sell tours and talk to potential customers.
  • Learn how to follow up, close sales, and manage leads.
  • Use software for bookings, itineraries, and customer details.

๐Ÿ’ผ Internship Structure & Paid Partnership

Our internship program is a paid opportunity designed to give you professional training and real-world experience in the tourism industry. The total program cost is 15,000 INR for 6 months, covering mentorship, project work, and ongoing support.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Stipend Opportunity (After 3 Months)

After the first 3 months of training, Arobh Ele may conduct internal interviews based on company needs.

Please note: These interviews are not guaranteed and will only be held if roles are available.

If selected, the intern will receive a stipend of 6,000 (total) from Month 3 to Month 6.

During this period, interns will work on live projects while continuing their training.

Our internship program is fully offline and will be conducted from Arobh Eleโ€™s Head Office in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.

Please note that we no longer offer online or remote internships. This decision was made after the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure hands-on learning, real-time mentorship, and active participation in live tourism operations.

โš ๏ธ Grounds for Internship Termination

Arobh Ele maintains a professional and respectful learning environment. Interns may face termination if they violate any of the following:

  • Disrespectful behavior with team or clients
  • Breach of work ethics, dress code, or company guidelines

๐Ÿ“‰ Irregular Attendance

  • Frequent unexcused absences
  • Repeated late arrivals or excessive leaves

โŒ Poor Performance

  • Failing to complete tasks or ignoring feedback
  • Showing no interest or initiative during training

๐Ÿ™… Unprofessional Behavior

  • Aggression, harassment, or offensive language
  • Creating disturbances or engaging in workplace gossip

๐Ÿ”’ Breach of Confidentiality

  • Sharing internal or client information without approval
  • Posting confidential content on social media

๐Ÿงพ Dishonesty

  • Fake reports, false logs, or dishonest attendance
  • Misreporting completed tasks or project work

  • Damaging or misusing company tools, devices, or funds

  • Ignoring safety rules that could harm self or others

  • Verified complaints that impact company reputation

๐ŸŽ“ Academic Dishonesty

  • Submitting plagiarized or false internship reports
  • Misusing Arobh Eleโ€™s name for unauthorized certifications

Note: If any of the above rules are broken, Arobh Ele reserves the right to end the internship immediately.
